Dear Sponsors,
On behalf of the Board of Directors for the Florida Educational
Facilities Planners’ Association, Inc. (FEFPA), I’d
like to thank you for your participation at our conferences.
It is because of your sponsorship that we are able to hold
our conferences at hotels in Florida which accommodate the
needs of our growing organization. Both the size and requirements
of our conferences require that these facilities be booked
years in advance to insure appropriate dates are available.
In order to allow us to continue our commitment to our members
of providing these outstanding conferences at appropriate
locations and to defray the rising cost of related hotel,
food and event expenses, we will be increasing the sponsor
fees, which have been at their current rates since 2003. As
of July 1, 2007, sponsor rates will be increased as follows:
Gold sponsor - $4,000
Silver sponsor - $3,000
Bronze sponsor - $2,000
Exhibitor - $2,000
Sponsors that have paid for 2007-2008 and beyond by July
1, 2007, will be grandfathered in at the rates already paid,
and will not be charged additional fees.
Also, in order to continue to improve and streamline our
registration process, we are discontinuing the discount for
additional registrations and the one free Golf Registration
for Gold sponsors. These discounts provided minimal cost benefit
as compared to the confusion and inconvenience involved with
the registration details.
We will implement a new benefit this summer for Sponsors.
Each Sponsor will receive two (2) tickets to invite educational
members of their choosing to the Sponsors Meeting with the
Board. You will receive your two tickets at the beginning
of the conference. The FEFPA Board continues to look for ways
to increase Sponsor visibility and interaction with Educational
Members.

we look forward to seeing you in Naples in July. Please feel
